How Condado Futbol Came alive!
About Us – Condado Futbol
My name is Neil Andrews, founder and owner of Condado Futbol. I’m a 59-year-old former English professional footballer who began my career as an apprentice at Wimbledon F.C. before going on to play in both England and the U.S.A.
After spells with Stafford Rangers (National League), Epsom & Ewell (Isthmian League), and Corinthian Casuals (Combined Counties League), I earned my F.A. Preliminary Coaching Badge. My journey then took me to the United States, where former professional player Terry Nichol invited me for trials with the Dayton Dynamo (NPSL). That opportunity turned into an eight-year playing career and a total of 15 years living and working in America.
While in the U.S., I founded and directed the Soccer Schools of Excellence for the Dayton Dynamo and later created my own Eurostar Football Camps, which operated across the country—from Boston to Memphis—helping hundreds of young players develop their skills and passion for the game.
An exciting new chapter began when I was invited to run a football camp in Condado de Alhama, Murcia, Spain. After a hugely successful summer—with over 270 children attending—the concept grew into what is now Condado Futbol: a community built around football, friendship, and fun in the Spanish sunshine.
