Our Story and Mission
My name is Neil Andrews, founder and owner of Condado Futbol.
Football has been at the heart of my life for over 40 years. My journey began as an apprentice with Wimbledon F.C. before going on to play for clubs in England and the United States. After earning my F.A. Coaching Badge, I spent 15 years in America where I played professionally with the Dayton Dynamo and founded successful football coaching programmes and camps that helped develop hundreds of young players.
In 2021, I was invited to run a football camp in Condado de Alhama, Murcia. The response was incredible, with more than 270 children attending that first summer. From that success, Condado Futbol was born.
Today, I combine my experience as a player, coach and event organiser to create football experiences that bring people together from across the UK and Europe. My passion has always been simple – helping people enjoy the game, make new friends and create lasting memories through football in the Spanish sunshine.

Meet Our Team
Tres Love
Football Events Coordinator
Most people know me as Tres. I am the Football Events Co-ordinator for Condado Futbol and Neil's partner.
I am a 55-year-old English lady with over 39 years of experience in customer service and customer experience. Looking after people has always been at the heart of what I do, and I am passionate about ensuring every player, supporter, and guest enjoys a fantastic experience with us.
An exciting new chapter began when Neil and I purchased a property at Condado de Alhama in Murcia, Spain, five years ago. What started as a small trial of children's football camps on the resort has grown year by year into what is now Condado Futbol – a thriving football community built around football, friendship, and fun in the Spanish sunshine.
Today, Condado Futbol offers a wide range of football tournaments, tours, and football experiences for all ages and abilities. I am incredibly proud of what we have created and look forward to welcoming you to Spain and helping make your Condado Futbol experience one to remember.
Gary MacPherson
Coach
Gary has become an important part of Condado Futbol, both professionally and personally. Over the last few years, we've gone from being football colleagues to becoming good friends, sharing a passion for the game both on and off the pitch.
A fully qualified football coach, Gary brings experience, enthusiasm and high standards to our coaching team. He also brings his own teams from Catshill FC to compete in Condado Futbol tournaments in Murcia and understands our events from both a coach's and a participant's perspective.
Our football connection has even taken us beyond Spain, with Gary and I teaming up as players to compete together in the Barbados Masters Cup.
Gary's experience, personality and ability to connect with players of all ages make him a hugely valued member of the Condado Futbol team.
Luke Summerscales

Luke's journey with Condado Futbol is a great example of what our football camps are all about. Having first joined the camps as a participant, Luke spent four years training with us before progressing to become a valued member of our coaching team.
Luke is now studying for a Sports Science degree at Loughborough College, where he also plays for the college first team and was part of their league-winning side last season.
He brings youthful energy, enthusiasm and a player's perspective to our coaching sessions. Having experienced Condado Futbol from both sides – first as a young player and now as a coach – Luke has a fantastic understanding of the camps and a natural connection with the children attending them.
We're extremely proud to have watched Luke develop from a camp participant into an important member of the Condado Futbol coaching team.
