Tournaments are Played at Polideportivo Pilar de la Horadada
Held at a state-of-the-art complex with 4 pitches measuring 60 metres by 30 metres each. 6 changing rooms all with showering
facilities. A beautiful Cafe - bar selling hot and cold food and drinks. Ample free parking is
available. There is seating both open and in the shade.
The Polideportivo Pilar de la Horadada is situated in a striking location, offering a blend of coastal, mountainous, and natural scenery — giving visitors a real sense of place and atmosphere.
Women's Regular Football Rules
Saturday 26th September
Matches are played under FIFA rules. Even though it’s 9-a-side, we still use linesmen and enforce offside. The only change is that goalkeepers cannot kick the ball from their hands.
Cards.
- Yellow - Caution.
- 2nd yellow = Red = Sent Off = Miss next game.
- Straight Red = Sent Off = Miss 2 games.
- Any Violent Conduct = Sent off = .Out of the Tournament
Women's Walking Football Rules
Sunday September 27th
The pitches played on are 60m x 30m (approx) and 8 a side is regularly played in Spain. Here are some of the rules we are asked about for this tournament. The full list of rules you can find if you press the button below.
Rule
There is an 18 yard box and a 6 yard box. Players are not allowed in the 6 yard box.
Rule
Attackers in the 6 yard box will result in a free kick. Any defenders in it, result is a penalty.
Rule
The goalkeeper can pick up a ball passed back to them from a player.
Rule
Goalkeepers cannot kick from their hands, from the floor only and throw under arm only.

Players are allowed as many touches of the ball as they like.

No studded footwear is allowed. Moulded and Pimpled Astro-turf
footwear is acceptable.
Rule
Tackling is to be only from the front. Side tackling or tackling from behind is not
allowed.
Goals
The goals are 7 feet [2.13 metres] high and 16 feet [4.88 metres] wide.
